Presenter Information

All posters will be up all week

All posters will be up all week to provide opportunities for discussions outside the regular poster presentation times.

Please make sure that if your poster location contains an L, that you only use the left side of the poster board.
Please make sure that if your poster location contains an R, that you only use the right side of the poster board.

The poster size should be no larger than 4’ wide x 4’ high.

Poster Sessions on Tuesday and Thursday (3:30 pm – 5:00 pm)

Poster sessions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Posters will be divided into “Tuesday” posters and “Thursday” posters, so that not all posters will be presented at the same time. Students participating in the poster competition are required to be by their poster on their respective day only.
